Tiger-Vac AV1-55 Pneumatic Sump Vacuum

Economical solution for cleaning out machine sumps, parts washers, tanks and storage containers. Quickly vacuum up used industrial coolant, chips and sludge from machine sumps or tanks while separating the chips, swarf, shavings and other debris from the liquid. All material is collected in the filter bag and you can easily pump the filtered liquid back out. The AV1-55 rewards your investment by allowing you to recycle coolant and extend the lifespan. 50 gallon fluid capacity.

These systems are powerful, yet compact and easy to handle with minimal machine downtime. Heavy-duty construction and no moving parts, it can run continuously without friction or wear. There is no motor to clog or wear out. Does not use electricity and does not generate heat, also ideal for use in spill control of non-flammable liquids.

The AV1-55 uses shop air to create powerful suction, operating with a 1/4" or 3/8" line. It is very quiet when operating, the built-in silencer maintains a noise level below 73 dB. High level float cuts-off the suction when unit is full to prevent overflow and a pressure/vacuum relief valve is installed on the lid. The suction inlet and the pump out outlet are located on the side of the drum to allow for easy access to the recovery bag. Suction inlet and pump out outlet have leak proof camlock connections.

Includes 55 gallon painted steel drum with 4-wheel dolly, 1.5" x 10' crushproof suction/discharge hose and a 1.5" x 24" aluminum bulk pick-up wand. Air supply hose and additional vacuum tools available upon request.
