When choosing a disinfectant cleaner, you should always decide how you plan on applying the product to the surface to be cleaned, either by hand, by autoscrubber, or by bucket and wringer. The three main questions for selecting a disinfectant cleaner are :
1. Do I want a concentrate that needs dilution or should I buy a ready-to-use product (RTU)
2. Do I have a specific requirement for the chemical that is doing the disinfecting (quaternary ammonium compound (quat)), hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, or bleach
3. Do I want a liquid that can be applied or a wipe that has the disinfecting liquid embedded in the material?
All disinfectant cleaners we sell are registered with Health Canada and have a DIN. Always read the label instructions since application and dwell times on a surface are very important for these products to work correctly.
